'Mitropolit Andrei' Foreign Language Shcool was established on 28.03.2003 by order of minister of Education and Culture. The Opening Ceremony was held on 15.09.2003 in the presence of Daniel Bloom in his capacity of Embassy representative of Germany.

            Young and highly qualified teachers have teamed up since the very beginning. Mrs. Tracy Lindsey, a lecturer at burkley University, was invited to teach the English classes the first year.

             The 'Mitoroplit Andrei' FLS is considered to be the school of advanced studies within the Targovishte region.  All teachers are happy to be part of the fast developing multilingual environment of Europe and to face the challanges of the modern world.
